The immunogen for the anti-mouse p27 was a his-tagged recombinant full length mouse p27 protein recognizing a 27kDa protein. The p27 kip1 functions as a negative regulator of G1 mouse expression and has been proposed to function as a possible mediator of TGF? induced G1 arrest.
