Human MEK1 (K97R) (GenBank Accession No. NM_002755), full length with lysine97 to arginine mutation and C-terminal His-tag, MW=44.3 kDa, expressed in E. coli. The K97R mutation prevents ATP binding, making the kinase inactive.
