Anti-CD20 is a recombinant monoclonal antibody which features the constant region of the human IgG1 isotype and the variable region of rituximab. It binds to human CD20 extracellular region a.a 142- 184, where it acts asan agonist of the CD20 protein. Itis expressed in a 293 freestyle cell expression system and purified using protein A chromatography. MW = 150 kDa.
