Oxidative stress is a physiological condition where there is an imbalance between concentrations of reactive oxygen species (ROS) and antioxidants. Superoxide dismutase and catalase are two important antioxidant enzymes that help eliminate ROS from cells.

Antioxidant Capacity Assay Kits
Although the damage caused by reactive oxygen species is extensively used to monitor the effects of oxidative stress, it is often helpful to evaluate the antioxidant capacity of biological fluids, cells, and extracts against specific radicals or against total ROS.
Glutathione has many roles within the body including its role as an antioxidant. Our Total Glutathione Assay Kit measures the total concentration of glutathione (oxidized GSSG and reduced GSH), and our Glutathione Reductase Assay measures the activity of this important enzyme that keeps the cell's supply of glutathione in the reduced state.
It is with great pride and immense pleasure that we introduce the Creative Bioarray QualiStem® Alkaline Phosphatase Live Staining Kit which provides a fast, simple and sensitive method for AP detection without fixing the cells.
